Typically 45–90 days from deposit depending on line size and customization, plus sea freight. Every line is trial-run in our workshop before packing, and we confirm the schedule in your quotation.
Yes — that's the normal way we work. Send your diameter range, material, wall thickness and target output on WhatsApp, and our engineers configure extruder size, die head, calibration and downstream to match.
We provide detailed installation drawings, video-guided commissioning over WhatsApp, and on-site engineer support can be arranged depending on your location and project scope.
Lines carry a standard one-year warranty on manufacturing defects (wear parts excluded). After-sales support, spare parts and troubleshooting continue for the life of the machine — one WhatsApp message away.
